They found and took us to several properties and listened to the comments we made about them. They pin pointed the property that was right for us and it checked off all of our boxes. Nancy and Jeff then hand held my wife and I through the entire purchasing and settlement process to include going to bat for us and walking a tough line in order to get us the best deal. Settlement was a breeze. We were always told what to expect. We had a few issues that popped up right before settlement that no one could have expected, but Nancy or Jeff were right there to make sure everything got done and got done right. Since settlement, I have received a couple calls just to make sure everything was doing alright in the new house and to see if we needed any more advice. That was truly a good thing. They say one of the best ways to recommend someone is to use them again. This was the third time I used them and am planning on using them to sell my old house in a few weeks.
